 Mike
McMurray is a full time real estate professional on Sanibel and Captiva
Islands, the seashell capital of the world.
Positive
and sincere, Mike is dedicated to helping people buy and sell real estate.
The islands of Sanibel and Captiva in which Mike specializes in are located
in Southwest Florida, one of the fastest growing markets in the country.
 Working

companies in the area, Mike is and has been since starting
real estate, one of the area's top producers. He has been
recognized as VIP Realty Groups #1 Producer for many years
and is a leader in marketing and selling properties. He attributes
his success to hard work, marketing, superior ethics and can’t
be beat service. Unlike many realtors on the island, this
is his full time job and not a part time hobby. Real estate
is his sole livelihood. Mike is constantly keeping up with
local, national and even overseas markets and trends so he
continues to stay on the cutting edge in his profession. He
regularly attends many major conventions, conferences, higher
education classes to stay above the field.
 Originally
from the Midwest in Hoopston Illinois, Mike grew up locally
and could not imagine living anywhere else. "Southwest
Florida is the place to be," Mike says. "We have
seen a lot of change in the area and we are still just scratching
the surface with where this market is heading!"
He should know. Mike was raised in a real estate-oriented
family from which each member is successful in the business.
"It's hard not to talk about real estate in my family,"
he says. "Just imagine the family get-togethers!"
It's true! Mike lives and breathes real estate. His wife,
Annie, daughters, Sydney, Olivia and Mackenzie along with
their dog, Louie, are the only ones that can take his mind
off work. Mike and his family moved to the islands in 1999
from nearby Fort Myers where Mike and his wife met 20+ years
ago. Outside of selling real estate Mike enjoys spending time
with his family, exercising, jogging and occasionally traveling.
As serious
as Mike is about his profession, he attributes his success to building
relationships and providing great service to his clients. "I like
to get close to my clients," Mike says. "I like to build a friendship,
if possible." He believes knowledge, professionalism, and drive are
all qualities one should look for when choosing a realtor. He believes
